The two parties agreed to develop common programs through regular meetings .The programs will specify the nature, type and objectives as well as the responsibility of each party. Also time ـ table and budget & each program will be specified including , for example,
1ـ Evaluating KAU Laboratories and approving it academically
2ـ Designing the Science park at KAU through a consultations contract for the design.
